- Simply message us for a return authorization. Include your parchase order # and reason for reutrn and we will send you prepaid return label.

- Should the Dishwasher part that you purchase fail within 180 days from purchase date, simply contact us for a free prepaid return label and we will either replace it or issue a full refund (if not in stock).
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Returns sent after the 90 day return window are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- If an Dishwasher part is returned under a warranty claim, we will test the item. If the part has failed we will either send out a replacement or issue a refund. If the item is found to be fully functional, then the claim will be treated like a return and restocking fees may apply.
- Dishwasher parts must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.

- It is strongly advised to keep original packaging in case of a return. Parts that are sent back in packages considered excessive for part size may be subject to restocking fees due to additional postage cost.
- No refunds or Replacements are issued after 180 days from purchase date.
