xWe understand that Appliance parts are "need to have" items rather than "want to have" items and therefore, we do our best to always ship your parts out immediately. We ship out daily Monday-Friday and your order will ship out either the same day or the next day depending on when your order is placed. If for some reason, we are not able to meet this obligation, we will attempt to notify you via email.
- All Orders are shipped Same Day if Ordered by 4pm EST. (M-F excluding USPS Holidays).

- Tracking information will be emailed to you when your appliance part ships from our warehouse.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates only. While your order will ship fast from our warehouse, we have no control over carrier delays that can arise from time to time.

- 100% full refund given if the item is returned within 90 days of Purchase.
- Simply message us for a return authorization. Include your parchase order # and reason for reutrn and we will send you prepaid return label.
- EVERYTHING we sell comes with a FULL 180 Day Warranty!
- Should the Dishwasher part that you purchase fail within 180 days from purchase date, simply contact us for a free prepaid return label and we will either replace it or issue a full refund (if not in stock).
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Returns sent after the 90 day return window are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- If an Dishwasher part is returned under a warranty claim, we will test the item. If the part has failed we will either send out a replacement or issue a refund. If the item is found to be fully functional, then the claim will be treated like a return and restocking fees may apply.
- Dishwasher parts must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.
- If damage occurred during shipping please message us right away at info@DishwasherReplacementParts.com
- It is strongly advised to keep original packaging in case of a return. Parts that are sent back in packages considered excessive for part size may be subject to restocking fees due to additional postage cost.
- No refunds or Replacements are issued after 180 days from purchase date.
- Refunds and warranty claims can only be made by returning the part we originally sent to you. No refunds or exchanges are made for sending us your original (broken) part.
